Under the Corporate Finance and Advisory Services portfolio, we offer tailor-made advice towards raising capital for renewable energy projects. This includes modeling cashflow and revenue cycles for the project and determining a suitable term sheet forming the basis of negotiations with potential investors in the energy project.

Under the Alternative Investments portfolio, we invest proprietary capital into renewable energy projects and we maintain a stake in the projects over a period of time that is agreed between us and the project promoters. To date, we have invested in a number of energy projects including solar street lighting at select state-owned tertiary institutions as well as urban councils. We have also invested in solar-powered digital advertising and residential electrification schemes with special focus on the backbone infrastructure.
